FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
All aspects of rent collection are taken in hand; monthly statements are submitted; and monies paid into UK accounts.

Keyhold regularly monitors all properties, thereby establishing relationships with all tenants. This proven policy creates confidence and serves the best interests of all parties.
TENANT SELECTION
Unlike some competitors, Keyhold is not a volume business, which prioritises cash over and above the character of prospective tenants. Only suitable tenants constitute a good business proposition.
CONTENTS PROTECTION
We always use an independent Inventory specialist to make a record of the property and its contents.
CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Urgent tenant calls are not left until the resumption of office hours. Someone is on the scene within a short time.
THE KEYHOLD TASK FORCE
All our management is in-house and we have proven, long-established relationships with local tradesmen which have resulted in a core task force of local professionals who respond immediately.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Keyhold charges an additional fee at a set hourly rate for project management, (ie alterations, extensions, landscaping etc.) Again the services of our qualified professionals are available to Keyhold Clients.
